I made another B for teh clocks that was blammed, can i re-submit it(for the clocks(it's 1.2 KB not 0.3/0.5 KB BTW))?

What about teh oringinal B? And it's ok.
The original B made it into the portal by some sort of fluke. You will never be so lucky. If you want to submit 1 frame art, use the Art Portal, not the flash portal.
B is often imitated but never duplicated.
